USCIS has updated the premium processing fees for various forms including I-907. The fees have risen slightly to reflect inflation rates, making sure USCIS can continue providing top-notch services. Note that: if USCIS receives a Form I-907 postmarked on or after Feb. 26, 2024, with the incorrect filing fee, they will reject the Form I-907 and return the filing fee. The H-1B process just got a digital makeover! With new myUSCIS organizational accounts, preparing H-1B registrations and petitions has never been easier. Plus, USCIS is introducing online filing for certain H-1B petitions in March, making the process faster and more accessible.
5. Service Center Updates 🚧
Big news for H-1B and H-1B1 petitioners: USCIS service centers will no longer accept paper-filed Form I-129 petitions after April 1, 2024. This shift to USCIS lockbox facilities (or online filing for some cases) is designed to streamline processing and make your life easier.
